As part of this move, GTM and DMA have entered into a strategic alliance, reinforcing their shared commitment to delivering industry-leading income tax services to their clients.<\/p>\n

Known for their comprehensive corporate tax service offering, GTM is highly recognized for its income tax capabilities. The acquisition complements GTM\u2019s existing income tax practice and provides growth opportunities for personnel involved. The strategic alliance furthers DMA\u2019s ability to serve clients\u2019 income tax needs and formalizes an established relationship between the firms that has been present for many years.<\/p>\n

DMA’s State Income & Franchise Tax practice has a proven track record of success serving large, multinational corporations, particularly in state income tax compliance, RAR, and advisory work. As part of GTM, this team will continue to help streamline tax processes, ensure compliance with state regulations, and provide strategic advice on multi-state compliance, amended returns, and tax strategy optimization, while offering expert support during audits.<\/p>\n
